Stratégie vénézuélienne d'accord sur l'ALBA face à l'expansion commerciale États-Unis d'Amérique latine
Abstract
En 2004, le Venezuela et Cuba ont convenu d'une collaboration régionale en Amérique latine appelée Alternative bolivarienne Las Americas et en abrégé ALBA. Cette collaboration est formée comme une résistance face à l'expansion du commerce américain pour apporter une mission néolibérale. Avec la formation de l'ALBA, le Venezuela est le leader de la coopération régionale qui prend des mesures stratégiques pour faire face au néolibéralisme. En 2010, l'ALBA comptait un total de 10 pays membres. En tant que contre-hégémonie, ALBA a également travaillé dans trois espaces. Dans l'espace des idées, les pays membres ont besoin de principes complémentaires de solidarité et de coopération pour parvenir à la prospérité et au développement régional équitable. Au niveau de l'espace institutionnel, l'idée est alors intégrée à l'ALBA.
